PRISM is a relationship-intelligence app. It helps you remember, understand, and stay close to the people in your life — with contact profiles, personality insight, a relationship network view, a family tree, reminders, and AI-assisted analysis. It is a digital subscription service; there is nothing to ship.
Open Pricing in the app, choose a plan (Member or Pro), agree to the Terms, Privacy and Refund policies, and complete the secure checkout. Your plan activates on your account immediately after a successful payment and runs for 30 days. You can change plans at any time.

For customers outside Bangladesh, paid plans will be available through our iOS and Android apps (Apple App Store and Google Play) — coming soon. The free plan is available worldwide today.
Customers in Bangladesh are charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via SSLCommerz — Member ৳300, Pro ৳1,500 for 30 days. Customers elsewhere see prices in US Dollars ($4.99 / $14.99) and will be able to subscribe through our mobile apps. The price and currency are always shown clearly before you confirm.
Free includes 10 AI reads a month. Member includes 80 AI reads a month and 10 minutes of voice notes. Pro includes 150 AI reads a month (up to 30 of them deep analyses), 10 AI portraits, 5 studio images, voice playback and 30 minutes of voice notes. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by the payment gateway over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. PRISM never sees or stores your card or account numbers. Your data is protected with row-level security and encryption in transit.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days. Duplicate or erroneous charges are also refundable. See the full Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
In Bangladesh there is nothing to cancel: a payment gives you 30 days of your plan and does not renew by itself. When the 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan unless you buy again. Plans are not sold inside the iOS or Android apps today.
We use your data only to provide and personalise the service. AI analysis is processed server-side and is never sent directly from your browser to AI providers. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the Account Deletion page. Requests are completed within 30 days.
