1. Overview

PRISM is a digital subscription service. We do not ship physical goods, so no physical returns apply. This policy explains when you are entitled to a refund for a paid plan and how refunds are processed. In Bangladesh a payment gives you 30 days of your plan and does not renew by itself. Plans are not sold inside the iOS or Android apps today.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were billed more than once for the same subscription period, or charged an incorrect amount.
Service not delivered — payment was completed but your plan was not activated on your account.
First-purchase guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your first paid purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase.

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods already consumed, or for accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund is approved.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or mobile financial service (e.g., bKash, Nagad), it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your statement.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@prismcharacter.com from the email address associated with your PRISM account.
Include the transaction ID (from your payment confirmation), the date of the charge, and the reason for the request.
Our team will review and respond within 2 working days. If approved, the refund follows the timeline in Section 3.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

In Bangladesh there is nothing to cancel: a payment gives you 30 days of your plan and does not renew by itself. When the 30 days end, your account returns to the Free plan unless you buy again. Plans are not sold inside the iOS or Android apps today.

6. Payment Methods

Payments in Bangladesh are processed securely via SSLCommerz (cards, mobile banking, and internet banking) and refunds on those payments are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
