Prism Rewards — Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms govern participation in Prism Rewards. They supplement, and are part of, the PRISM Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By sharing a referral link or earning, holding, or redeeming Prism Points, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and the registered holder of a PRISM account.
• Participation is for personal, non-commercial use. Bulk distribution, spam, paid placement, search-engine bidding on PRISM brand terms, coupon/deal sites, and automated sharing are not permitted.
• Employees and affiliates of Prism Spectrum may be excluded where required by law.
• The program is void where prohibited by law.

2. How Referrals Work

• Each account has a unique referral link and code. Share your own link — PRISM never emails your contacts on your behalf and does not collect the contact details of people you invite.
• When someone creates a new PRISM account using your link, they are attributed to you on a first-touch basis (the first valid referral link applies). Each new account can be referred only once.
• A referral is successful, and points are awarded, when the referred person activates their first paid subscription (Member, Pro, or Elite) that is not a complimentary or trial plan. Sign-ups alone do not earn points.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself or a second account you control) are not eligible and will be blocked.

3. Prism Points & Rewards

• Points earned per successful referral depend on the plan the referred person activates (for example, Member, Pro, and Elite earn progressively more points). Current values are shown in Prism Rewards in the app and may change.
• Points can be redeemed for in-app benefits such as a free month of your plan, bonus AI analyses, a limited-time plan trial, or feature unlocks, as listed in the rewards catalogue.
• Prism Points have no cash value, are not money or stored value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Rewards are account benefits only and are never a substitute for, or a way to bypass, app-store or payment-processor billing.

4. Point Expiry

Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, or upon closure of your account or termination of the program. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before points expire where practical. If you delete your account, any unredeemed points and referral history are forfeited and deleted.

5. Fraud, Abuse & Clawback

• We may withhold, reverse, or cancel points and rewards, and suspend participation, where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, payment chargebacks, or any breach of these terms.
• If a referred subscription is refunded, charged back, or reversed (generally within 35 days of the reward), the corresponding points may be clawed back. If those points were already spent, the deficit is recovered from points you earn in the future.
• Decisions about eligibility and abuse are made at our reasonable discretion.

6. Disclosure

If you promote PRISM publicly, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you receive a reward for referrals (for example, "I earn rewards when you join with my link"), consistent with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.

7. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate Prism Rewards, change point values or reward offerings, or update these terms at any time, with or without notice. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Communications

We send transactional emails about your referral activity and rewards (for example, when you earn or lose points). You can opt out of these in Prism Rewards. Account-essential and legal notices may still be sent.
